“Zero value for the money, very sad and shocked!”

Nothing, aside from few nice plp… Highly NOT recommended, Dirty and dated. Manager should be fired for state of the restaurant chairs - to wash them you don’t need milions, just water + soap + hands! State of the rooms is shocking for any price, but especially for such high price, musty smell, dirty carpet, walls, scratched headboards room 316. Worst value for money we came across in years, very very said…Good dinner, weak breakfast, nice area for kids to play m, but bit dirty which makes me think it is also not maintained properly.

The breakfast and dinner were very good. Both had a wide selection. I liked the lond swimming pool and the sauna area. Overall,.everything was great.

“Nice family holiday”

Our kids really enjoyed the playroom and the arts and crafts activities! It was a little tricky as the arts and crafts person didn’t speak english or german, but we managed to communicate and my kids were happy about their artwork. The outside playground was also nice! Food was very good, not soo many options, but everything we tried was delicious, at least for the adults! Pool area was nice and with great views, we enjoyed the kids area and Jacuzzi (even though both were very crowded). The main pool was too cold for us unfortunately. The pool attendants also didn’t speak english or german, so it was also a little tricky to communicate with them for the towels etc Room was clean, and we really enjoyed the balcony and the views. It wasn’t very big, but ok for the 4 of us Staff was very friendly, just a few times we couldn’t really communicate well

Services offered (swimming pools, kids area inside and outside...) , good choice of food for a fair price, staff is very nice and helpful in áll circumstance.

Variety of food was good, there were lot of meals for vegetarians as well. Lot of indoor and outdoor activities for kids. Pleasant staff and very nice stay in general

Very nice playground for kids.

The outside area was very nice; nice playground for children outside right next to the restaurant, also nice inside playground, nice green grass, some trees where you can hide from the sun, food was very nice, eventhough first dinner was mostly about fried food, but second was delicious, prosecco for breakfast, staff spoke very good english, there was one very big pool and small pool for kids

The location is great, the hotel has a very nice garden with direct access to the Balaton. The inside and outside playground is well established.

No less, no more - amazing place with a lot attractions for children. The view was spectacular and food really tasty! We totally recommend this place!

The art and craft program for the children was fantastic, and the lady who ran it was really kind and engaging. Both the indoor and outdoor playgrounds were excellent, and the kids' pool was very pleasant. On top of all that, we had an amazing view from our window — a real highlight of our stay.

The yard is splendid with plenty playgrounds and beach chairs with shade. The hotel is on the lake shore, and the view is great. The massage was brilliant. Emese is a true artist. The room balcony was and the indoor playgrounds very nice as well. The indoor swimming pool has lake view.
