“Lovely staff but disappointing for the price.”
The staff were friendly and helpful but at reception, the receptionist wasn't immediately helpful, she warmed up once we talked more. Maybe the issue was my lack of language skills.

Very clean, very kind and helpful reception staff. Cafeterias around open early, at 7.30 you can have coffee and fresh orange juice.

“Spotlessly clean, good location, good sized rooms, but looking a little tired vs more modern hotels.”
The hotel is in a good location near to the old town, with free tourist parking a few mins walk away. The hotel is very clean and the staff very attentive. The shower had excellent pressure and was hot. The room was large (by modern hotel standards)

The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. It was good for a stop over when we needed one. The rooms are older than a modern hotel, but perfectly adequate. The breakfast restaurant has a nice sitting area.

I had to checkout at 6am and the cafeteria was open! Amazing. I wasn't expecting to be able to have coffee :) The room and bathroom were perfect.
