Location suited our needs perfectly and easy to find. Breakfast was great and consisted of fresh ingredients. Regret we were the only occupants, which felt a bit lonely, but that is not a complaint.

Our stay at Horizons Bakurtsikhe was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a serene and scenic location, this place is a true haven for nature lovers. We had the entire property to ourselves, making it feel like a private retreat, hosted by the warm and wonderful Natalie – an exceptional host who made our stay truly special. The cottage was beautifully designed – cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the mountains and the stunning natural landscape was an experience we’ll never forget. It felt like stepping into a postcard. Dinner at Horizons was absolutely sumptuous, beautifully prepared, and bursting with local flavor. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a generous spread featuring delicious pancakes, shakshuka, and much more. It was a true feast, served with care and hospitality. The amenities added to the charm – a lovely pool and a relaxing sauna made our evenings perfect. We were also joined by two well-behaved, friendly dogs who quietly kept us company, adding to the homely and peaceful atmosphere without ever being intrusive. Horizons Bakurtsikhe is a hidden treasure that offers comfort, tranquility, and hospitality at its finest. Whether you're looking to unwind in nature or just enjoy warm Georgian hospitality in a scenic setting, this is a must-stay spot. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

“Relaxing get-away”

What a beautiful place to stay in...Calmness and views, sauna in the evenings, wonderful home-made breakfast...It was a wonderful stay! If you travel with small children keep in mind that it's not the best option - a lot of stairs and places where they can fall, so you would need to be constantly on guard.

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the incredible work of the entire hotel staff. Everyone was wonderful and genuinely tried to help us. However, there were a few things during our stay that made us reconsider staying in the hotel.

“We wanted to love it but alas”

We liked the wonderful and helpful owner, nice views on the valley, very clean and pleasant interiors and also nice smell inside the houses. The room has everything you need from bathrobes and toiletries to rubber slippers for the pool (very handy). Coffee machines and coffee and tea capsules in every room were nice, too (the coffee is okay, the tea isn't tasty). Sauna is another pleasant asset, it's a pity it only works in the evening. Very tasty shakshuka for breakfast.

If you are looking for a great accommodation in Kakheti stop doing it. You have actually found the best place. Everything was so perfect that I even decided to leave my first feedback on Booking.com Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful location! The houses are on the hill overlooking the valley, away from the main road. The place is very peaceful and relaxed. The houses are beautifully designed and everything is well thought through. The stuff puts a lot attention into details and do maximum to make your stay pleasant. Such a unique place! Highly recommend!
