Staff is friendly, Decoration and Everything is very tasteful and of designer quality. Breakfast and Food was very good, as always with Rooms' Hotels (now not anymore Rooms', but still very good).

The design of the rooms

The hotel is located very close to the Kokhta Gora ski slope. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by a very kind and helpful girl at the reception. The breakfast was also good.

“Unprofessional Reception, but Great Breakfast and Room View”

I stayed at the hotel for one night. Overall, the experience was acceptable with a few notable strengths and areas for improvement. Positives: 1. The breakfast was pleasant and adequately varied. 2. The surrounding area was suitable and provided a generally comfortable environment for the stay. 3. Housekeeping service was prompt and responsive, which contributed positively to the overall comfort.

Amazing beauty and nature around the hotel. Delicious breakfast, large room, but no possibility to put things - no closet, no closed drawers. Situated next to one of the ski lifts, but far from the center of the village. Beautiful terrace, but few sofas and chairs on it.

Special thanks to George for his generous assistance in communicating with the airport regarding our luggage, and to Natia and Mariam for their constant kindness and cooperation. Your efforts made our stay more comfortable and relaxing. We greatly appreciate it! Unfortunately, the waiters in the restaurant spoke poor English and were rude. I can tell they were racist, since you don't speak their language. They acted as if you weren't there, and you could tell they were talking badly about you from the looks on their faces. Except for the tall blond man his name is Giorgi.

Come for the mystery check-in, stay for the coffee chase, and get blasted awake by the cleaning crew — unforgettable in every sense! Our stay was… an experience. No guard out front, so anyone could stroll in — maybe even a marching band, though that would’ve blended right in with the noise later. Check-in was a fun scavenger hunt since reception was empty; on a separate desk nearby there was a sign with a mobile number saying “Administrator”, which we tried but noone picked up the phone. We had to track down the elusive receptionist somewhere deep in the hotel. Breakfast? Well, the coffee must’ve hit snooze a few times because it showed up fashionably late. And forget peaceful mornings — we were jolted awake by cleaning staff who sounded like they were either rearranging the entire floor or practicing for a demolition derby. So if you like mystery games, surprise caffeine schedules, and industrial-level wake-up calls, this place is perfect!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me. My room was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, well-equipped, and especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was attentive. I had a fantastic time and i will definitely be back! I enjoyed a relaxing and convenient stay.
