The Place was clean and very well kept. The owner Ms. Eleanora was a great host, she handled all our needs without wasting any time and she was just a message away. She really made our stay lovely. This was a home away from home, the little kitchen had utensils, dish washing liquid, sponge and everything we needed. The hot water was great and the room was really warm and cozy. The balcony had a lovely view and we were lucky to stay here while Bakuriani had 2 days of snow fall and little snow flakes falling from the sky. We enjoyed every bit.

Very comfortable appartment with all neсessary conditions for rest and relaxation. Kitchen with modern equipment and good kitchen dishes. Very clean bathroom with shower cabin. Bedlinen and towels were very fresh and clean. Very nice place with recreational area : swimming pool with warm water . Staff of Orbi Palace is very freindly. Everything was perfect!
