Very friendly hosts, nice quiet location, clean rooms. I really enjoyed staying in Katerina Hotel ☺️

My stay was perfect! It was very easy to find the place and I had a warm welcome by the family running it. My room was ready for check-in, although I came a bit earlier than expected, and I also had the option to choose between two different rooms the one that suits me better. The room had a balcony with a nice view. It was clean and adequately heated. There was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. I definitely recommend the place.

Helpful and hospitable owners, Free Spacious Parking space, Common Fire place, Private bathroom with good pressure of hot water, central heating system, small balcony with magnificent snow mountains views and forest, Satellite TV Cable channels, 24/7 Supermarket Nikora is just 800 metres away from the hotel...For sure value for money, Highly recommended place if you are in Bakuriani.

Sound isolation could be better, there were some people talking in the hall till very late and you can very easily hear it in the room on another floor

Great value for money. The hotel offers bright, clean rooms with very good facilities at this pricepoint. The owners are extremely friendly and very concerned about their guest's comfort. I enjoyed the option to use the kitchen and coffee and tea facilities. In the evening I could cozy up in the shared livingroom with fireplace.

The room was very big with a nice view from the balcony. The room was very well-furnished and very well-heated. It's just 1.7 km from 25 Ski Park and 2 km from the Bus Station. You can also dine here if you want.

Excellent family hotel, where you can feel warmth and care. very good room with nice view , quiet location, great quality of sleep. great have a kitchen on the first floor which all guests can cook at and it’s very convenient. amazing hospitality of Sereza and His family , wife and daughter Katerina who really looked after me over my stay. not only helping me to rent skis , but bring me to the mountain that was a it far away. Thank you and I will be back !
