The apartment is very beautiful. Neat, well-kept, and comfortable. The view of the mountains is superb. Very close to the town center (a pleasant 15-minute walk) so it's more peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. Supermarkets are just within walking distance. (5-minute walk) The apartment was well heated, actually way too hot, but easily adjustable. Which is good when traveling during the winter season. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own food. The host and receptionist were very kind and helpful. Check-in and communicating with the host via booking.com was very easy, the host even called me to clarify some information.

Excellent and very beautiful view from the window. Very well heated apartment, cozy and clean. Equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good WiFi. Good mattress in the bedroom. Convenient location towards 25m trails for skiing and a number of restaurants and shops. The place is easy to find when enter Bakuriani. . The property owner allowed us to check in later than we planned initially, and also a late check out option was granted.

Stayed at room #307 (one bedroom). Super cozy, very romantic with a great view to mountain and center of Bakuriani. At walkable distance 2-3 restaurants and 3 grocery stores. Would stay again if ever visit again Bakuriani! Lovely owner and her daughter who assisted us!!!

“Villa Deluxe 307 the best palce to stay in Bakuriani”
The room is very clean , modern & classy, cozy. Very nice ineteriors, the utensils are very clean. Its a perfect place to choose for a relaxing stay in Bakuriani. The view is perfect and 2mins walk to a grocery shop, 15mi s walk to ski resort and other activities like horseback riding :)
