It's a complete disaster. How and why does this hotel have 4 stars? Everything is very low quality, like in the cheapest hostel. Dirt, torn towels, untidy room, terrible room door. In short, it's very bad, not even $20 worth spending the night here.

Location and view from the roof is incredible. Nice stuff and amazing food. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel. I am sure you will enjoy your staying and will have amazing time in Bakuriani.

I liked everything, room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. During work meetings they provided for free a work place for me and my team. Food was excellent. 10/10

“worst stay in life.”
Worst hotel to stay. For every thing they ask money. If u book through booking they wil not give you room. Rooms very dirty and smell in washrooms are horrible. Breakfast is very cheap and only few items. No shop or resturant near so u have to walk mountain to reach hotel. Their is people drinking alcohol in the lobby. Very unprofessional staff. No respect for tourists. Below average hotel. Washrooms no hygiene shower.

Great location, very close to ski track. Friendly staff, good breakfast. very good price. Rooms have balconies and amazing views. Comfortable terrace and lounge bar. Good options as for solo/duo travelers as families.
