Let's start with the service, which was excellent. At the reception there was a lovely girl named Anna who answered all our questions and concerns, and in the dining room there was a very charming guy named Georgi, who made our meal enjoyable with good music, food, and excellent service. The rooms were spacious and warm and had a large balcony.

Nice and modern building, big balcony with a great view on mountains. I’ve also enjoyed mattress, which was so comfortable for my back. Friendly staff at reception and at the restaurant. Big variety of food at breakfast. Free car parking near the hotel. Lovely complementary food upon check-in.

I recently stayed at the Dialog Kokhta Apartments, and my overall experience was excellent. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with very friendly and helpful staff. At reception, I felt the staff were friendly and professional, although management policies were sometimes limited, especially for guests who booked and prepaid through Booking.com. One important point that deserves improvement is that some services, such as lighting the fireplace, were charged extra. I think offering them as part of the stay would be a great addition, especially since the hotel doesn't have facilities like a swimming pool or gym. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would be happy to return.

The hotel was beautiful, and the reception service was excellent. Upon arrival, I was given an apartment on the first floor, which was close to the street and quite noisy. The next day, I requested to move to a higher floor, and they kindly accommodated my request. I truly appreciate their prompt response and warm hospitality. The breakfast was also delicious and enjoyable.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially as they realized that the hotel was located on the road, which nobody cleaned from snow. It was a terrible experience to move around Bakuriani, but I know that the hotel stuff had nothing to do with it.

Great location and very nice rooms. Breakfast was delicious, however small room for restaurant, we had to wait for seats. But in general it was very good.
