“Well done Bakuriani Inn, you did not disappoint!!”
Excellent staff who ensured my comfort and good food available too. Great for family everyone there seemed happy, would definitely recommend and stay again. There's an ATM in Reception saved me having to seek one outside.

“horrible, horrible, horrible hotel and staff and services and attitude everything is extremely poor.”
Extremely poor services, very cold and rude staff, zero service level, overall a waste of time and money. Would never ever recommend anyone to this property due to a horrible experience overall. There is a huge list of very unpleasant experiences and I strongly believe that there is no point mentioning all of it here because when people are not ready to listen to the issues a guest is facing rather showing huge arrogance than trying to solve the issues, what can you do? After all, you have already past as a guest and cannot go out find another place with family in such a place??????

“regret staying at this hotel”
disappointing stay. doesn't worth more than 3 stars.reception staff not friendly i think they need to take training course about hospitality. they never smile . our check in was delayed for more than half an hour. breakfast very basic for a 5 star hotel. far from ski area at night very noisy because of loud music .

“Better options available near the action”
Its a nice property with a good view, if you want to live secluded. Its cutoff from the activity and need to travel 10-15 mins by car to reach anywhere, even a restuarant. Its an Indian haunt and I think most Indian travel agents push this resort to all their customers. Its good and bad… the good is u get toilet sprays 😀… bad is that u miss out on equally good resorts near the action ☹️

“Robotic Service”
From the *reception to the security staff*, interactions were robotic and impersonal. The team displayed a *complete lack of warmth, courtesy, or hospitality*, making guests feel unwelcome. Smiles and a sense of guest engagement seem to be entirely foreign to the team’s service culture. The *restaurant service* was particularly disheartening — arguably one of the worst I’ve encountered in all my travels. The staff were inattentive, and the service lacked professionalism, efficiency, and any sense of guest priority. If I were to rate this stay, I would give it a *-10, perfectly mirroring the freezing temperatures outside.*
