The location is very good. Right next to Crystal ski arena. (+ ice skating area) Restaurants and cafes are also nearby. Nikora is in the next building (but note that it is not open 24 hours). A 24-hour Nikora is just a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are clean( only leftovers in the fridge)and spacious for 4 people. It was very warm in the room, we walked in shorts and T-shirts for three days and it was very comfortable. Note, there is no mop. (we wear wet shoes outside, but still a floor cleaner is necessary to maintain cleanliness). I would definitely choose this place on my next visit. The owner of the house is very attentive, answers all questions immediately.100% recommend this place.

ORBI Palace is near cable cars and mountain so it's good location if you want to walk up to the mountain. It is climbable with kid. For extra price (10 GEL per person) you can go swim into the hotel's pool and for us it was completely private experience as it is Corona times and there are not many clients in the hotel.
