Rooms service was pathatic. However gest relationship manager was involved every time to resolve the issue. Full marks to guest relationship manger, keeping close liasion with guests and resolving thier issues

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — only about a 5–7 minute walk to Nizami Street, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. Special thanks to Leman at the reception for being so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay, and to Nigar, the manager, who regularly checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and that we were enjoying our stay. We also truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade upon check-in and the lovely compliment sent to our room. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The room was comfortable, clean, and well prepared, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day. What truly made the experience special, however, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. A special thank you goes to Nigar, Guest Relations Supervisor, for her warm welcome, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality. She made us feel truly valued from the very first moment and turned our stay into an even more memorable experience.

“A week in Baku”

The location of the hotel is great, you are n the center but not in the crowd. Zou have a little park in case you want to enjoy the nature. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfy and big and the pillows are great. The coffee machine is a great plus in the room with excellent coffee. My room was super clean and cleaned twice a day which is hotel's policy. My client assistant Nigar was super helpful and she organized for us the airport transfer and also she proposed very good restauranst that we tried and all was excellent. If I come to Baku again or someone asks me where to stay, I will propose Movenpick winteh Baku Hotel.

I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at this hotel. A special thanks to the Guest Relations Supervisor, Ms. Nigar, she was exceptionally professional and dedicated to ensuring guest comfort. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my inquiries promptly, and is a truly kind person. Additionally, the rest of the staff were fantastic, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent, keeping the room perfectly clean throughout my stay.

Extremely welcoming staff and high level of service and cleanliness. They even gave us a room upgrade and treated with some fruits while we stayed.

Exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The front desk staff is extremely great—very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is close to the main street, in a safe area, and the rooms are soundproof, neat, and clean. We were surprised with complimentary gifts twice and even upgraded to a bigger room, which made our stay truly special.
