I am very satisfied with the service at the hotel. It is clean and in a perfect location. Next to the hotel there is a grocery store, a super market, and a bank nearby. It is close to all the attractions and you can walk to every location. The most important thing is that the guys Aslan and Ilkin at the reception are very kind and full of patience. They are smiling and ready to help. They made me feel safe.They were very kind and gave me all the information I needed. All the best to Mr Aslan and Ilkin🫶❤️. I hope to come next summer.

We stayed at this hotel for four days and were very pleased with our experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is polite and always ready to help, and the overall service is of a high standard. The hotel has a great location, and the floor where breakfast is served offers a stunning view of the Caspian Sea. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the food was always fresh and delicious. The hotel also provided airport transfers, which were very comfortable, with professional and courteous drivers. A special thank you to Ilkin, Anar, and Aslan for their prompt assistance, attention to detail, and professionalism, which made our stay calm, pleasant, and truly comfortable.

Staff were excellent especially Kamran and Amin were very helpful

The location is excellent . The closest metro station is Icherishahar. One can walk to the promenade / funicular station / highland park . There are supermarkets & eateries nearby . The breakfast spread on the rooftop terrace was good with a beautiful view of the sea & the promenade A big shout out to Jamaal & Ali who were working the night shift. They were very polite & helpful :)
