The place is even better than in the photos. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is spacious, extrenmely clean with nice and robust furniture. The kitchen has good equipment. Everything works and kept in very good conditions. This is a great value for money option. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a stay here for Formula 1 2025 Baku GP, almost all Gates were in easy access. (our tickets were from Bulvar Grandstands and we reached there in 15 mins by walk maximum) It was clean, close to the center, well equipped and everything was in walking distance. At our first day the property was kinda cold but house owner solved issues quickly and we could open the heaters. Definitely i would love to stay here again if i visit Baku. Host also responds fastly.

Home was clean and nice. Location is amazing, I love that part of Baku. It is literally in the city center, but it the part where you can still see traditional Baku as well. As a bonus, there was a grocery shop near by like 5 min walk.

“Better than a tiny hotel room”

Clean, pleasantly furnished apartment in an old house. The staircase is a bit worn and it may be difficult for older people. Good location: the Old town and the pedestrian zone are a like 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Check-in / check-out process is easy and contactless. You will receive all the information before your arrival. Gasem is an attentive and helpful host.

“A very nice place to stay”

It's a cozy flat located in one of the old 2-3-storey buildings of Baku. The location is great if you have no trouble walking (it takes about 15 mins to walk to the Old City). If travelling with the elderly, however, you might want to choose something else. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy. Feels like visiting a distant relative in Baku, in the best sense. Very nice bathroom: recently renovated and large. The rooms aren't big, but it's a great value for money given you get the entire apartment instead of a room at a hotel. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We are happy with our stay, thank you!

“Perfect cozy modern apartment in central Baku”

This apartment is really a hidden gem in central Baku. The building exterior doesn't justify apartment's value, but once we entered the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised. The interiors are very modern. It's a cozy apartment with all required necessities and a balcony. Though the rooms are bit small, this apartment is perfect for smaller family of 3. Room heating was perfect. Even the bathroom floor has heating which is plus in such cold weather. Apartment is accessible from main road, and a big park is just across the road. The apartment is equipped with all required necessities such as fresh linen, towels, kitchen equipments, fridge, TV, washing machine, wi-fi etc. Nizami street is just 5 to 7 minutes walk and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in 5 mins walking distance. The owner is polite and friendly person, he responded all our queries in time. There was a small water clogging issue in bathroom sink, which owner got fixed very quick. I liked the self check-in and check-out process. Owner had given clear instructions about the location and check-in process which was easy. Overall I liked the apartment and will definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, near to most touristic places and landmarks, the owner arranged all necessary information and housing services, the place is very cosy and romantic, I highly recommend it to couples or small families.
