It's a really nice location. There's some construction going on outside building , very convenient and manager was really helpful. I would recommend it specially for the family .

The apartment is very nice, the position is strategic to visit the beauty of Baku. It's situated in front of the sea boulevard and in a few minutes walking you can visit all the attractions, but it's also near to the bus station (with nr 5 you can go quite everywhere) and to the metro station and the taxi service by app works as well. Around the apartment many supermarkets are open 24 hours and you can find everything you need. The apartment is wide and comfortable, with a cozy living room, a smart TV and with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, a new washing machine, fridge and freezer; only the dishwasher is missing). There is a heating system by radiator and in every room there is an independent conditioner. Two bedrooms are placed in the internal part of the house, opposite to the main road, no noise at all. The bathroom is complete, with a bath tube/shower, with Muslim shower and with a bidet (that for us Italian is very important). Salim and Amil are the plus of this apartment because they made my stay very comfortable, providing me with every request of little things missing. Next time in Baku I'll definitely book this apartment again. Thank you for everything and see you soon!
