Clean hotel, brilliant staff and above everything right in the middle of the city, wherein you can walk and have an access to the markets, restaurants, pubs, bars and Tourist spots.

Our reservation appears as “Cancelled,” but we were staying here for 6 nights, until November 3rd. We booked through Booking.com, yet upon arrival we were taken to a completely different flat than the one listed. The flat we were moved to was dirty, smelled strongly of urine, and had very poor-quality equipment. There were no towels, no cookware, no spare blankets, and the shower was leaking. This is unacceptable, especially because we clearly informed the host that we were arriving with our 8-month-old baby. When we questioned why we were taken to a different address, the host first said he would come and take us to the correct flat. However, when he arrived, he suddenly told us to leave immediately, even though we had just arrived in Baku after hours of travel with a baby and many bags. Later, we checked WhatsApp and saw that he had confirmed he would take us to the flat we booked then wrote “leave my flat immediately.” It appears the original flat was already occupied and the host tried to cover this up. Because it was evening, and our baby was sick, and there were no available hotels nearby, we were forced to accept this flat. Since we paid the full amount in advance, my refund request the next day was rejected. We now feel as if we have been scammed. Additionally, the host made us sign a rental contract, which was never mentioned in the listing.

What a gorgeous day staying in Arif's booking. the place was so beautiful and the designs were so amazing, they have a very nice courtyard and the place we staying was clean and comfortable
