Worst ever experience they treated us like shift the recption people are so proudy and so much into themselves that they dont give a shit to their guests. Breakfast was horible and they never refill anything and they just ignore like they never listen us if we ask them to refill anything. Rooms were full of mosquitos bitting us and they said go and get the mosquitos spray from market if mosquitos are bitting u . WORST EVER EXPERIENCE !!!! WORST EVER MANAGMENT !!!

i used to stay in this hotel everytime i come to baku but this hotel is continously degrading its level last time there was mosquitos in the room now this time there was hell lot of mosquitos my 8 months old baby had marks and bites all over her body and hotel managment was least bothered. The breakfast was horrible they dont bothered refilling anyting and whenever we ask them for anything they just completly ignore us. They treat the guests like we are nobody to them . the people at reception the keep on using there phones and the girl at recption keeps dog at her lap all the time playing with her and completly ignores what guests ask for. we have 3 rooms for 7 days and AC was not working in 2 rooms we keep on asking them to either fix the AC or either change the room they took 3 days to change 1 room for us. They make us feel the reception people are very superior and we are some poor class and nobody to them. I never had such horrible experience ever in my life. Also we have 6 bags and we were having kids with us they said we cant help with baggage shifting you have to do everything on your own. Worst ever experience . I will make sure i will tell everyone in my circle never ever stay in this shift managment hotel who treats their guests like shit !!!!!!!!!!

“Not welcoming”
The attitude of one receptionist who almost chased menon the first day I arrived because I failed to pay for the room. I explained that I was going to be there for some time so was going to say. My visa card hard challenges connecting. He was very rough I almost cried. I felt very hopeless. I managed to pay for the room.the next day out of fear of been victimised

“3 star hotel overall good”

“Modern Hotel is one of the Best in All four star hotels here in Baku Azerbaijan”
It was amazing stay specially the staff here was very helpful and caring.Hamza,A management boy in the hotel was exceptionally caring keep it up Hamza.Zaur and Ramazan was also good guys here.hotel rooms were very clean it’s really valued for money.Overall the hotel is very comfortable for families and couples and for All.Breakfast has vast verities to eat.cleaniness is their passion for hospitality.Always prefer Modern Hotel.I have booked Royal suite for 5 nights from booking.com what an amazing room was that.

“Good..........Value for Money”
Location was good.........but our bus not able to park so we walked around 100 m. Our room was excellent. We received very good hot water in washroom........ Breakfast not upto mark...........but we managed with Milk, Bread, Egg and some fruits Overall it was good
