Our stay at the Luxury Sea View Apartment in Sea Breeze Grand was beyond amazing. The apartment itself is stunning – beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and the sea view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. Every moment spent here felt peaceful and luxurious. What made this experience truly unforgettable, though, was Giny. From the moment we booked, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, genuine hospitality were exceptional. Giny handled everything with such grace and efficiency – she truly made us feel at home and ensured our stay was absolutely perfect. She is a true asset and one of the main reasons we can’t wait to return! If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway by the sea, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended. Fantastic location! Giny’s apartment is in the heart of the Sea Breeze, close to all the major attractions and restaurants. It made exploring the Caspian Coast so convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a fantastic time at Giny’s place. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely balcony. Host even provided a fantastic breakfast at hotel restaurant, which made a perfect start of a day. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Giny’s apartment was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Sea Breeze, just steps away from the best restaurants, beach spots, and main attractions. Exploring the Caspian Coast couldn’t have been easier. What truly set this place apart were the details. From the stylish, beautifully curated decor to the top-tier amenities — like the professional soundbar and the fully equipped kitchen — everything was designed for comfort and ease. It felt less like a rental and more like a real home. I can’t wait to come back!
