The owner was very attentive, always available for any questions. The apartment is close to the center, with cafes and shops nearby. A bus stop to the train station, Old Town, and Primorsky Boulevard is opposite the building. I was in Baku for a friend's wedding and wanted to relax in peace after the noisy event. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes. I loved everything about it.

The only thing that one may like about this property, is its location. It is just opposite one of the best cafe networks in Baku, Cafecity with excellent choice of reasonably priced dishes. A major supermarket, Bravo, is about 5 mins walk. Also, there is a smaller, round the clock supermarket in the same building.

I stayed in this apartment for one day while waiting for a connecting flight to another country. My friend and I needed to get some sleep and recharge after a 7-hour flight. The apartment is very close to the city center, but the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. There are several supermarkets and cafes nearby. The interior is very comfortable, like home, with a comfortable bed and sofa. The internet is very good; my work requires high speed, and I was able to get my work done quickly. I can recommend this apartment if you need comfort and coziness in the center of Baku. I had no problems opening and closing the doors; it's easy once you remember how to do it correctly. My friend cooked in the kitchen and had everything he needed for cooking. The kitchen is small, but everything he needed is there. Someone complained about the boiler, but what can the owner do if it works like that? There are earplugs for that. I don't understand those guests who are unhappy with everything. They simply don't want to understand that the owner doesn't live in the apartment; she rents it out and doesn't know it. Someone stole glasses or a frying pan, or someone broke a doorknob and didn't report it. Guests often demand that owners immediately resolve a recent issue. The owner is always available, and if you spot a problem, simply message her, and she'll try to resolve it as quickly as possible. But remember, she can't know about your problem in advance, and it may take some time to resolve. Just be patient and respectful!

A nice apartment, clean and cozy inside, close to the city center, with the metro a 15-minute walk away. There's a bus stop nearby (buses to the train station, Old Town, and Primorsky Boulevard), as well as plenty of cafes and supermarkets. A comfortable bed and a comfortable fold-out sofa make it comfortable for a group of friends or family. The internet was good and worked in all rooms, thanks to the owner, Elvina, who's always available and ready to help. I recommend this place.

very clean apartment, as same as it looks in the photos. the host is very helpful and ready to do everything to make you feel comfortable at home and in the city. there are enough cafes, restaurants around. it is located not in the center or oldtown but with taxi it is like 5-10 minutes.

Friendly and honest host Ms. Elvina, always available to answer any question and will check during the stay if anything is needed, the apartment is cozy and located in a decent area accessible to many shops and 24/7 supermarkets and not very far from the center, it had all I needed for my 5 nights stay equipped with all functional appliances and most importantly the quiet sleep as it is overlooking a courtyard away from the traffic noise, highly recommended if you want to have your own accommodation with value and reasonable price in Baku.
