The property was absolutely spot on. The location is a bit futher from the city center but we knew that beforehand. It was absolutely clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff did absolutely everything they could to make out stay perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The strongest impression this hotel left on me was the people. They are incredibly kind, warm, always ready to help, and happy to share a joke, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has no upper floors, so all rooms are located on the ground floor. The rooms are cozy, warm, nicely furnished, and offer plenty of space for storing personal belongings. Breakfast is fantastic. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed orange juice served every morning.

The hotel is,a true gem....more than for its facilities, its the amazing staff who are always keen to help, advise and provide options. The breakfast is delicious with a good selection of sweet and savoury. The rooms are a decent size, clean and equipped with all amenities. All of this, only at a 35 minute walk from downtown.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were cleaned daily, and there was always fresh water waiting on the nightstand. Breakfast was delicious. There are plenty of shops nearby that stay open all night, as well as pubs and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely come back!

Very rarely have I rated a property 5 star, but this one deserves it. While the room had some limitations, the hosts made it up by being extremely kind, considerate, respectful and helpful. The property is very well-located, off an arterial road in central Baku. Very easy for cabbies to find this place and made it easy for us to go in and out. The breakfast is served in a cheerful restaurant owned by this property and doubles up as a Japanese restaurant. The breakfast a mix of Azeri and European food included a platter of dry fruits, olives, cheese, bread, eggs, sausages, and a plethora of local desserts. Coffee was decent, if not the best. We were once served a lovely complimentary local tea while waiting for a cab which was one of the best we had. WiFi was stable in the property and allowed me to watch OTT channels by logging into my own accounts. The room had AC/heater, kettle, toiletries were more than adequate and room was cleaned everyday, tea/coffee replenished. A shoutout to Rehman who is one of front office pillars and, along with others, helped us throughout our 5 day stay. Hope to be back in Baku soon and staying in the same hotel.

This is such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff who will go above and beyond to help. The staff genuinely cared about our experience and were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and filled us up for the whole day! The room was spacious and clean and had little touches such as slippers and robes that made it feel super comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The staff was just azing, super friendly, caring, and helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty, some appetizers, a main dish, drinks and desserts, and fruits. The room was also nice. The location is walkable from the city center, and the nearest metro station is in 10 min.
