Comfortable, elegant and spacious rooms. Fabulous location. We had 2 rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boutique hotel Baku. Rovshan and Elbrus, in particular, were amazing and so helpful about everything. Both, Rovshan and Elbrus made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

The staff was quite welcoming. Courteous, helpful.

I spent there one night and overall experience was very nice. Everything was corresponding to the description and the photos. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, right in city centre.

Rahil bey , the front office manager was very kind , i’m giving a 10/10 immediately for his warm behaviors , before i even step in the hotel he helped me a lot and checked on my flight till i reached the hotel and even helped me with my bags to get them to the taxi after checking out , very generous very kind and very helpful , professional and always wearing a warm smile. and also adam and the front office team were helpful and respectful and always listening to concerns and extremely respectful and kind .

Everything was nice, the location, beddings and everything else. The bathrooms had heated floors so the wet floors would get dry really quick. Loved the stay. 10/10 The hotel management was super supportive, 10/10.

It was nice, we stayed there 4 nights. Mr.Turan at night shift helped me with my questions about city. Very nice staff i really enjoyed my stayed. Breakfast and Restaurant were very good. We are planning to comeback! Thanks!

Good location, well situated within 10 minutes walkin main square area sea front. value for money, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. A particular shout out to Turan for organising taxi to Airport, top man! 👍🏻

The staff is very co-operative especially Adam . Adam is a very nice guy . He understands the needs of the customers living and co-operates them according to their needs . He is really hardworking and supportive guy I ever met . Breakfast is also good....

First of all i want to tell thanks to Mr.Nabi for helping us with everything,he was at night shift. We have some problems but staff immediately comes and helps us with everything we needed. The location of hotel was very, near the nizami street. Of course i will return to this hotel, but this time with my all family!
