The hotel is okay, excellent value for money. The breakfast was light. There was a receptionist—I don't know his name—who started late at night, but he was extremely respectful and dedicated to his work. He was very helpful and courteous. My reservation was for May 21st/22nd. The receptionist who started in the afternoon made me park in front of the hotel and told me parking was free. Later, another employee told me to be careful because it wasn't allowed. Unfortunately, when I returned the car, I found a ticket.

I travel to Baku quite often and the Arium is the best hotel I have visited in the area! The hotel offers very good breakfast, it is located in a good location (close to restaurants and shops), for outdoor sports lovers there is a beautiful park nearby where you can visit the workout court. I can recommend this hotel! I will be happy to come back here

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The private parking was very convenient, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly made us feel welcome. The breakfast restaurant was clean and offered delicious local dishes, which we really enjoyed. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view, making our stay even more pleasant. The only minor downside was that the soundproofing could be slightly improved, but overall, it didn’t affect our enjoyment much. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
