“5 days in holiday house”

Our overall stay in the apartment was acceptable, but there were several issues that made the experience less comfortable than expected. First, after completing the booking we were informed that bed sheets were not included and had to be paid for separately in cash (about 150 NOK / 15 €). This was not clearly mentioned during the booking process, which was surprising. When we checked in, the apartment was not fully equipped for three adults. There were only three small towels, one half-used roll of toilet paper, and no sponge for washing dishes. These are basic items that most guests expect to be provided. We were also told that we might need to pay for electricity and water usage, although the instructions regarding this were not very clear. Additionally, there were several cleaning instructions for guests, including vacuuming the carpets, washing dishes, cleaning windows and mirrors, and cleaning the bathroom. Considering that guests already pay for accommodation, this felt unusual, especially since these requirements were not clearly mentioned on the booking page. Another difficulty was finding the location, which was not very easy. Overall, the stay was okay, but these small issues created some discomfort. I hope this feedback helps future guests know what to expect and prepare accordingly.

Idyllic location and such a cosy cabin. The vieewe was mindblowing. Very quiet and private.

Excelent position

It is a small cottage close to the water. Tromso is 40 minutes away and you will need a car. But if you are looking for a quiet place for BBQ, meditation, or hiking, this is a great place. Do not expect any services or restaurants around. It will be just you.
