“Cheap fitout, aiming for the long stay market.”
The bathroom was nice, if basic. The towels were quite good. The hotel is located in a new'ish area close to the airport, with numerous food outlets. Staff, especially the house maids work very hard and do a great job. Many residents are long term, weekly, monthly, and much longer. Laundry was very good.

“Poor hotel in a sketchy area”
The area looks dangerous. Hotel wouldn't even open lobby door unless called on a special phone at the door. Very lengthy check-in process. Not friendly staff, felt unwelcome.

“Quiet & Homeless-Free Area!”
This hotel is a good location, away from Bakersfield and its homeless problem. Nobody suspicious hanging around the area and my husband and I slept well, undisturbed. We had no issues finding parking and we actually secured parking right outside our room.
