“Absolutely delighted with our experience.”
The staff were amazing, from the receptionist who greeted us on our slightly late arrival, to the breakfast staff and chambermaids. We stayed in a total of 6 different hotels during - our 16 night tour of California, and can safely say that our one-night stay at the The Hyatt Place in Bakersfield was the best hotel experience, by far - and all at a very budget friendly price. Thank you so much to everyone.

Very clean. The two receptionists we spoke to were really lovely and helpful ....one name started with Quey? Room was large, well furnished and clean. Plentiful breakfast.

The most comfortable bed of our 15-day USA trip During our 15-day visit to the USA, this was by far the most comfortable bed. The room was fine – it could have felt a bit cozier, but overall it was great! The breakfast was excellent, and they even had vegetables available – which was not common during our travels.

“A great quick stay in Bakersfield.”
Fabulous staff on the front desk, especially the lady who was about to look after her sister in New York. Even with the worry of her sister’s health on her mind, she was supremely professional. The breakfast was also really good.
