“Passing through”

“The entire hotel was so dirty and smelly, we couldn’t stay.”
Besides the lovely man at the check out counter, this hotel is absolutely terrible. Arrived, checked in and straight away were a little skeptical when we got in the elevator. It was not clean and the permit we saw had expired in January 2024. As we were walking to our room, we started to realise there was a smell about the place. By the time we got to our room, it was not good 🤢. Opened the door to our room and the smell was pungent. Turned the aircon on as the room was so hot and the smell became worse. 10 minutes later we left the room with the air con struggling to cool the room down, granted it was a very hot day, and left to find a place to have a feed and a beer. Came back to our room about an hour later and while the aircon had managed to cool the room down, the smell was so bad we couldn’t stay. Got our bags, handed in our keys and went to the hotel next door 😧

“Roaches everywhere”
Roaches in the fridge, bathroom and on the walls. Hot tub is a cold tub. Very gross. If I had the choice to stay someplace else I would have taken it. This was disgusting. People were nice but that's about it.
