“Good location, nice stay”
Suzanne and Marcos were nice and friendly. Lovely house and room, nicely decorated; loved the garden and seats near the pool. The swimming pool looked inviting but I didn't use it. Good hot water and water pressure. Good location

“Wonderful”
My stay here was amazing beautiful place , beautiful people I was made to feel like family and they were so accommodating I would recommend staying here to anyway who visits the Gambia . They also have beautiful horses and I went to visit the stables and see a beautiful community of horse riders so that’s another thing . But all round amazing !

My stay here was amazing beautiful place , beautiful people I was made to feel like family and they were so accommodating I would recommend staying here to anyway who visits the Gambia . Anne and Yaya were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the taxi getting there after dark and they were able to come and get us. Nice to be able to do laundry. Very helpful local advice.

Ann and her swedish family were very friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of tips. The Guesthouse had everything we needed, including the hot water, a hanger for our mosquito net, a little bar with water, bier etc, a garden to chill. It was very clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Location was also very nice: In this former colonial area with old colonial buildings there were relatively many europeans, but also lots of locals who are living there. We had many good connections with the people living in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood was in general calm but there were also several bars with live music, a good selection of restaurants, and partys mainly attended by locals. Beach was also very nice and clean. In general, we found Bakau as a good choice.

“My EXPERIENCE IN ANNS GUEST HOUSE IS GOOOOD!!!”
The place is quite, the staffs Nuha n the son Buba are so welcoming n interacting, very nice people who always made sure the guest are highly comfortable.... The pool, the kitchen n bathroom are all super exceptional, and the rooms are extra comfortable... Very easy to locate, restaurants n supermarkets all around it! Cant wait to visit again....
