“Beautiful and clean property, lovely host and adorable town”

The apartment and Bakar are 11/10! Our host Marcelo welcomed us in and out (although he didn't have to), just because he is genuinely sweet, and even had a coffee with us and told us a bit about the history. The apartment is very well thought through, more beautiful than on the photos and was immaculately clean. It is also equipped with everything you might need. It is very well spaced out and having personal bathrooms for each bedroom made it super easy and comfortable for 6 people stay. Beds are comfy, sheets are nice, and little details such as mood lights and well equipped kitchen show appreciation and respect for the space and the guests. And Bakar is such a gem of a town, it is absolutely adorable, and we felt very welcomed and relaxed. We expected a good stay, and we got a wonderful one. We would all want to come back to Bakar and Paula apartment again. HIGHLY recommended!

“Large, comfortable and high spec flat on the seafront”

Incredibly spacious and well furnished/equipped flat on the seafront. Host is friendly and helpful. Street Parking is available nearby (even in the height of summer).

“Really is luxurious”

Everything. First of all the location, we loved Bakar, with the promenade just outside the apartment. Some places that advertise as 'luxury' are exaggerated but not this place, it really is luxurious. It was so nice, fully air conditioned although you only need to turn on for 10 minutes to get a nice temperature, and it also has shutters to close when you leave for the day. Then all rooms are spacious and ensuite, each with a different theme. You can have breakfast with fresh bread or pastries from the bakery 2 minutes walk away and sit at the counter overlooking the sea. We only booked 3 nights and really wish we'd booked more. The restaurants are just outside the front door and are busy with locals and a few visitors but won't keep you awake. As long as you're prepared for a climb to the second floor which is nothing, then all is perfect. Everything is well equipped and communication with the owners was great and prompt. Beds were so comfortable. Everything is really high quality and really well finished. Loved the apartment and loved Bakar. I could add so many more positives about this place but just go ahead and book it. Tip: to swim in the sea with free parking go to the diving centre (diving centre kostrina). There's a big car park that even though is marked as private is used by all particularly locals going for early evening swims Otherwise pay to park for between 4.20€ to 6€ at the kostrina beaches. Seems to be no swimming places directly in Bakar.

Fantastic well designed apartment. Very nice host welcomed us. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, each one has its own bathroom, in addition it has the living room with a well equipped kitchen. The living room and one bedroom are on one floor and there are inner stairs to reach the 2 other bedrooms on the upper floor. Very nice view of the bay from the living room windows.

“Absolutely fantastic place to stay.”

We loved our visit to Bakar! The multilingual hosts were so welcoming. The second floor apartment is modern, spacious and very clean. Each of the three bedrooms had its own en-suite and there is an additional toilet. Perfect seafront location with a super view of the bay. The road and surroundings are currently undergoing modernisation but don’t let this put you off. The apartment is already perfect.

“Comfortable trip”

Very clean, the owner's son is very friendly and helpful. Every room is airconditioned, and has it's own bathroom, which makes it very comfortable.
