“The place to be for tourists that seek silence and peace far away from the crowds.”
We really enjoyed our stay at Chestnut Hill! It is an oasis of peace in the Albanese mountains, and therefore truely unique in its kind. The hosts are very friendly, and the food is simply superb. The host makes a daily proposition for dinner, and the guests can reply freely whether the're in for it or not. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacy, the beds are top quality. The place to be for tourists that seek silence and peace far away from the crowds..

We spent three wonderful, relaxed and carefree days on Chestnut Hill with our three children. From up there you have a fascinating view of Bajram Curri and the surrounding mountains. The landlord, Geri and his family took care of all our wishes and always had the right ideas for excursions in the area, for small hikes to the neighbor to tripps to the Valbona Valley and beyond. It was an all-round feel-good program. The food was delicious. The whole small hotel always very welcoming and very clean. We can fully recommend Chestnut Hill. Everything was just lovely. Geri and Elvis were so welcoming and kind. The rooms were wonderful and the food excellent. The peace and quiet of the place was incredible. Aside from the odd cuckoo, it was silent. The air was so sweet and the water was just delicious. Try the mountain tea too. Take the drive up slowly and you will be fine - it was perfectly safe. Thanks to Geri for everything and we hope to see you in the future!

“One of the best stays ever”
We had a great stay in Chestnut Hill. The facilities were very good, the view was amazing and the hosts incredibly warm and welcoming. They did everything to make our stay the best ever, by showing us around in the the beautiful surroundings (Valbona Valley National Park. The food was beyond our expectations and the price/quality ratio is very good. We would recommend everyone to stay here for at least two nights.
