Two of the houses sit apart from the others and are at a comfortable distance from each other. It’s a peaceful spot with a beautiful view. The sauna serves only one house, and you need to walk up some steps to get to it. It’s a wood-burning sauna with firewood provided right next to the house, and lighting the stove is pretty easy. The house has heated floors.

The house itself is acceptable, with a few minor issues (no hot water in the kitchen and sink, although the shower worked fine). These are not deal-breakers. The real problem is something far more serious and completely unacceptable for a rental property. We arrived after several days of heavy snowfall. This was entirely predictable, yet the access to the house was not cleared at all. The yard - advertised as a parking space - was completely unusable due to deep snow. As a result, we were forced to leave the car on a roadside widening below the house. We explicitly checked with the owner, who confirmed this was “fine,” despite it clearly not being a proper or safe parking area. We had to make our own path just to reach the house. By the time we were leaving (after two nights), that path had turned into solid ice, making it extremely difficult and unsafe to carry our belongings. However, the most unacceptable part of this experience was discovering that our car had been significantly damaged while parked where we were told to leave it. When we reported this, the owner showed little to no concern or accountability, even though this situation is a direct result of failing to provide basic, safe access and parking - something clearly implied in the listing on Booking. Since the car was not parked within a designated property area, we are now unsure whether insurance will cover the damage. This completely ruined our weekend and left us dealing with unexpected costs and stress. If you are planning to stay here during winter conditions, be aware that basic responsibilities such as clearing snow, ensuring safe access, and providing usable parking may simply not be handled at all. For the price being charged, this level of negligence is unacceptable.

Amazing house in a heart of Tara. Calm surroundings, nice view. Fireplace creates a warm and cozy vibe. I liked sauna, it has panoramic window and it is so good to sit there looking into a beautiful view. Check-in was smooth, they have key in the locker. Overall very nice experience

It's a perfect location with an amazing view of the valley.the accommodation was really nicely decorated, and the finishings were of a high standard (great shower and well equiped kitchen).. It felt very spacious and also cosy with a lovely luxory cabin feel, and the beds were super comfy.we loved relaxing in the garden, and on the patio, the hammock and tree swing were a great touch. The sauna was also a nice piece of luxury in nature and a very unique experience.the host was very helpful and provided great information and advice to ensure our check-in and stay were nice and easy and relaxing and the location was only a 5 minute drive or 30 to 40 minute walk to markets or restaurants which was very covienient.

The surroundings of the house are amazing. It's very peaceful and quite, no other houses nearby, however, it's easily accesible and there're restaurants and a supermarket within 10 minutes drive. The house itself is clean, spatious and modern. We had a real pleasure staying there.

Perfect location and place to visit Tara national park. The chimney was perfect for the cold night and the amenities were great. The view was stunning so there was not much more we could ask for.

We left the accommodation one day early, the staff was very unpleasant probably because we were foreigners. We were not allowed to park in front of the house and despite the very rainy weather, we had to drag our luggage 30 meters to the cottage. They came to check on us regularly. We do not recommend accommodation for those who value privacy

A wonderful place where you want to stay for a long time!! It was very warm in the house, the electric heating works great, but the stove heats up so much that it could easily get hot (and it was -12° at night). Everything you need for life is there (yes, there was still only one wine glass, as they wrote in previous reviews, but we took our own :)). Stunning view from the window, winter entertainment right in the courtyard of the house, a 10-minute drive from a store and restaurants, good lighting in the house and on the property, new appliances and furniture - you can list for a long time what was good and why you want to come back here!! The owner Milos was always in touch and helped when we needed it (and we did find ourselves in unpleasant situations due to the fault of the weather, including our own). And in general, the people living in the area are simply wonderful and very responsive!!!

Amazing mountain view from spacious living room! House is warm, modern, well equipped, everything is in good condition! The location is just stunning! And the host was very friendly and helpful :) Our weekend was just as we imagined!
