“Excellent”

Beautiful property with pristine gardens, all west facing so experienced sunsets each evening. We particularly enjoyed the newly refurbished deluxe rooms and the stunning views from the dining room terrace each morning. Hotel is somewhat dated, but the amazing view and private beaches were perfect. Sunset dinners are quite spectacular. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We basically never left the property except for a few drinks in the small town about 200m away. Parking available and boat excursions pick you up and drop you off at the hotel jetty.

Location perfect. Lovely views over towards La Maddelena. In good weather the terrace restaurant would be lovely. Great pool, gardens and sun terrace. Excellent breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. Pleasant common areas.

I loved how the staff are very well educated, receptionist gave us the room early around 10:20 am she was super helpful. All of the resolution staff were really good when dealing with us and with everyone. It was our first time here we loved everything about it. We got the new renovated room it was awesome it came with a balcony and a partial view on the beach and parking lot but we liked it

Super location. Stayed in a garden villa and although on the expensive side, totally worth the money. Loved the breakfast and the private beach.

Breakfast was fabulous! There was everything you could possibly want, including a table where the chefs would make you omelettes or fried eggs. There was a lovely table of fruits which were replenished when empty.

The hotel looks like a traditional Italian villa which makes it feel incredibly cosy. It creates a wonderful symbiosis with the surrounding nature which is amazing. The view is spectacular - probably the only time when getting a room with a sea view was actually worth it as we were spending part of the morning drinking coffee there and in the evenings wine. The staff was incredible - friendly, always well dressed, always smiling, just made us feel good all the time. Also the hotel guests are great - you won't find shouty, young, new-money spoiled brats in this place. Most of the clientele are Germans who are just enjoying their retirement and despite us being a couple fo 30+ year olds we love this group the most. Baja Sardinia overal is a very silent and attractive place to be in - if you're looking for a place to just relax and chill this is the hotel for you. Every evening a guy was playing on the piano and singing next to the pool for an hour, which also just added to the romantic setup. A bonus was a couple of Verner Panton's famous modernist chairs just being there next to the breakfast terrace. As a designer I was positively surprised by that, although I wasn't compltely convinced their look was a good fit for the overal very retro/traditional Italian style of the hotel.

The view and location of the hotel was amazing. It's on a large property with manicured gardens and sea views. Towels provided daily for beach and a row of sunlounges blocked off for guests for free. Ample parking.

Modern room with beautiful pool with views and proximity to beach. Lovely friendly staff and amenities available. Breakfast - very good.

Location in Baia. Close to beach. Private beach was perfect ! Pool and drinks and snacks all good. Breakfast lovely. Room was clean spacious and modern. We had a large suite down stairs.
