Overview
Set in one of the most beautiful and tranquil areas of Baja Sardinia, the Grand Relais Dei Nuraghi boasts a panoramic view over the whole Archipelago of Maddalena and the Gulf of Arzachena. Spend your days relaxing by the swimming pool, or venture further afield to take part in a variety of sports, such as tennis, sailing and windsurfing. At night the village turns into something extraordinary: bars and clubs open until dawn, open-air markets where you can find anything from the most bizarre trinkets to the most traditional local crafts are weaved throughout the town square, where you can enjoy music, dancing and all kinds of shows. Completely immersed in the greenery of the typical Mediterranean scrub, amongst ancient junipers and pink granite rocks, the Grand Relais Dei Nuraghi offers an oasis of tranquillity, just a few steps away from a number of little beaches.

The staff at Hotel Grand Relais Dei Nuraghi deserve first mention: they are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would ignore any negative reviews to the contrary; if anything, we noticed some guests who could use better manners. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was superb. The location is excellent, about a 10‑minute walk to the town of Baia, which offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Comfortable sun loungers and towels are provided, and the small private beach is very pleasant. We stayed to celebrate our honeymoon and were gifted a bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The staff went above and beyond to help: we were able to get both an early check-in and a late check-out because of our flight times. We highly recommend this hotel.

“Joyful hotel for a restful break”
Beautiful location, lovely rooms, quiet and peaceful, small number of rooms so no rush for sun beds etc. The little private beach was a joy and without exception the staff were superb.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, peaceful and quiet. Everyone was so friendly and the staff couldn’t be more attentive. Sofie especially was brilliant, made me personalised drinks that were alcohol free. Would definitely recommend and return

the staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. Everyone wanted to go the extra mile. Outstanding hospitality. Restaurant high quality and excellent service. Restaurant manager was exceptional giving great service and accomodating requests where possible and certainly consistently going the extra mile. Reasonable prices throughout.

“Beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings with excellent staff”
The views are incredible throughout the hotel and the place is spotlessly clean. The staff are so professional, are very attentive but not intrusive. Great variety for the breakfast. The piano player was amazing in the evenings. The private beach is a special edition and we would really recommend staying here for a relaxing break.

“Incredible hotel, HIGHLY recommend”
Room was stunning, very large and a nice outdoor space. Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival was a really nice touch. Bathroom was lovely and lots of nice products to use. Staff were amazing across the whole hotel, especially reception, breakfast and at the beach. Food was really great - breakfast had an amazing selection (including champagne which was great) and the food at the beach was also really good. The beach was a standout feature of the hotel - beautiful private beach, amazing swimming area and nice for sunset also. Pool was pretty too with a great view. Location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to Phi beach or lots of other great restaurants. Short drive to Porto Cervo and lots of other areas. Really felt like a 5* hotel and we’ll worth the money. Clientele also seemed really nice vs. Other hotels we stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone.

Even though it’s the last time I’m using booking platform because of their shameful behaviour this hotel was excellent, the best breakfast, very nice staff, good luxury rooms, best pool and view, amazing private beach.
