“Very needed and comfortable”
The service desk lady was very welcoming and I love that she had cats. Also I mentioned a couple of things that could improve and she is going to implement them. A suggestion would be to put plants in pots on the outside of the rooms on the window ledges to give it a more loving atmosphere.
