Apartment was very nice and clean. Location was just perfect. It was very close to Anse Lazio and Côte d’Or beach. If you have a car everything is close from there. Beside apartment there is restaurant and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinners. Natasha was lovely and welcoming. I will definitely come again.

A simpel accomodation with all basic facilities you need. The beach is a stone’s throw away and the bay offers good spots for fishing or boat or kayaking. The owner is very helpful.

“Lovely house to base ourselves from on Praslin.”

Natasha messaged us asking our approximate arrival time, and we were met at the property by the lovely housekeeper who showed us around and gave us the keys. The house is very easy to live in and comfortable, we had a great time here over Christmas with our son (6). We cooked at the house nearly every day, kitchen was fine, and we really appreciated that there is a washing machine - thank you! Natasha popped by on the second evening and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us.

“Great stay in a comfortable home with stunning ocean views”

Villa Kass is a fully equipped, clean, and well-organized independent house, with a parking space for one vehicle located right in front of the house. We really enjoyed this accommodation. The house has two bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare breakfast or even a full meal. A washing machine is also available, with detergent provided. There are two televisions (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), as well as free Wi-Fi. The property has a bathroom with a shower area. The apartment also features a sea-facing balcony with a table and chairs, where meals can be enjoyed while taking in a stunning ocean view. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away. The beach is located slightly below the house, but in our opinion, it is not one of the best beaches in the area. We really enjoyed this accommodation and would certainly choose it again on a future visit.

“Excellent property and friendly host.”

The location is excellent. Very nice and comfortable house. Cleaning was done every day. Only about 50m from the beach plus there is a very nice view from the first floor over the bay. Natasha is a lovely host. She was very attractive with us.

Apartment is big and comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, big bed, superb terrace. It's comfortable and quiet. The host Natasha is undoubtly the best host ever, funny and helpful, great comunicator that understand your needs perfectly. Also there is a restaurant just next door (it's not loud) and bus station is 50 meters away. Lots of parking and a nice garden with coconuts and bananas.

“Feeling like at home”

Natasha was very attentive with us. A few amenities and fruit was welcoming us. She also helped us with the taxis and the attractions around. The house was full of mosquitoes and the girl who cleaned resolved it very quickly , thank you 😊

Separated small house, we could park the car at the house, the owner is very kind and helpful she helped to rent a car when we couldn't find any, just the day before! There is a restaurant, where you can eat breakfast as well. There is washing machine and powder! The bed is big.

The photos do not do this accommodation justice. You will be pleasantly surprised. It is more spacious and truly nice! The accommodation was cleaned on a daily basis. We got fresh bananas on arrival. You have a nice restaurant next door and the sea is in front of the accommodation. However, I would recommend renting a car and exploring the island. The owner of Vila Kass has arranged a car rental for us. The car was waiting for us at the ferry upon arrival. Would recommend booking this place!

“Thoroughly recommended accommodation”

Well-located property that was super equipped and a delight to stay at with sea views and excellent bird life. Far enough from everything but close enough (even by walking) to enjoy all that you want to. We managed to get by with buses and walking without an issue. The host was super-helpful and friendly. A great final stop for us in the Seychelles.
