Well equipped apartments near the diving centers and a beautiful and comfortable beach, close to supermarket and the bus station The stuff was very nice and welcoming If you're into diving and don't want to spend a lot for hotel this is the place for you

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, when I arrived it became clear that the hotel is very outdated. Instead of being welcomed by a receptionist, I was taken to my room by the owner’s mother, who immediately told me that I had to pay in cash. She even mentioned that there was an ATM nearby where I could withdraw money, as if it was no big deal. However, it was a big deal. Before my arrival I received a long copy-and-paste message from the hotel with various information, but there was absolutely no mention that payment had to be made in cash. When I went to the ATM she suggested, none of my three credit cards worked there, so I had to walk around looking for another one. Is this really how a vacation should start — stressed about whether I will find an ATM that works? I’m giving 4/10 mainly because the hotel, although very old and outdated, was at least clean. However, the air conditioning had not been turned on before my arrival, so the room smelled like an old house when I entered. I was also instructed not to leave the air conditioning on when I left the room, which meant that every time I returned the room was hot and stuffy rather than cool and comfortable. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and unfortunately I would not return to this hotel.

The apartments are in an ideal location, just a minute from the beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They even washed our dishes every day. The staff was very pleasant and made our stay much more enjoyable. We will gladly come back :)

The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you need, including a supermarket, great restaurants (both casual takeaways like Leo’s and more upscale hotel restaurants), an ATM, and the stunning Cote d’Or beach. This part of the beach is truly magical. The hosts were incredibly helpful and even arranged a rental car for us that we could pick up and drop off right outside the villa. The villa was always very clean, and we really appreciated how easy and comfortable everything felt during our stay

Great place to stay right across Anse Volbert, beautiful setting and views, very big apartment with living room, kitchen, spacious bathroom, big bedroom and a long terrace. It’s way bigger than it looks in the pictures. The furniture is not new but the place is very clean, there is airco that works pretty well, we didn’t have issues with being too warm (we didn’t spend much time inside anyways). Cleaning was done every day, the staff was very kind and friendly. Parking across the street, shop right next to, same as atm and exchange. Take-aways and restaurants within couple minutes walk. The best part was the amazing dinner Daniel prepared for us, i strongly recommend everyone to ask for this service because it was the best we had in our trip!

The location is excellent - the beach is just across the road, and both the supermarket and takeaways are nearby. Our room was cleaned daily, and having a kitchen allowed us to prepare our own breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Spacious accommodation for large family of 12 well located in Cote D’or/Anse Volbert. Authentic villa clean airy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very well located, next to shops, exchange, restaurants but mostly just across the longue nice Volbert beach. Having a saloon and a kitchen might be helpful if you want to organize yourself, especially for breakfast. The lady for the reception speaks English and French so easy to talk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I can only recommend them.

The place was amazing. The location is the best in Praslin. The beach is right there across the street and at night you can hear the waves! Most beautiful beach to swim and watch sunset. The owner and receptionist were super nice. We had easy check in and amazing time thanks to them. The apartment had everything set, from cooking oil to shampoo and beach towels. Very excellent. We are definitely gonna book again for the next time :)
