The location of the villa is breathtaking. You get absolute privacy, spacious and well-maintained garden with direct access to the beach. The internal arrangement of the rooms is ideal for a family of 4. Great backoffice and facilities staff, helpful all the time (thank you Bikesh and Riplal!).

“Perfect villa, far away from the crowd”

The villa is situated in a perfect quiet location, with spectacular view to the ocean. The garden is also beautiful. You can walk down to the sea, but you cannot swim there. However a smaller sandy beach is only 2 minutes walk The terrace is huge and you can have a rest there on the comfortable sofa, or you can have a meal there in the dining area. There is a covered grill place near the terrace, so we could grill fish there, what we bought from a neighbour fisherman. The house itself very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. You can cook everything there. There is washing machine too. Each bedroom and the living room is air conditioned. But we did not use them so often, as the temperature was pleasant so we opened the windows for the night.

“Paradise with a view”

Wow, the most beautiful garden and the view, you can just sit there all day enjoying the view. On the terrace or down by the sea on your beachchair. Quiet and peaceful, and the most beautiful beach just a few steps away. Great snorkeling, but it's a bit hard to go down from the property, better from the beach. We were without a car, and we didn't miss it,. Shop with all necessities a 10 min. Walk away, as well as a restaurant and busstop. We got everywhere by bus. There's a beach grill which was really yummie, and we also got our daily coconut there you can also grill yourself at the villa and buy fresh fish from a neighbor fisherman. . Villa equipped with everything needed, well equipped kitchen, huge fridge, washing maschine, great bathrooms...

“Paradise”

The house is wonderful, with an amazing view. The garden is very beautiful and enjoyable especially with kids. The design inside the house is very nice. We loved using the BBQ. We had every equipment we needed in the house, in excellent condition. We were very confortable. We enjoyed the direct access to the see and to a great snorkeling site as well as the possibility to reach one of the prettiest and quietest beach of the island in 2 minutes walk or by swimming. Take rubber shoes with you to be able to walk on the shore down the house.

“Beautiful, clean, well equipped - we loved it”

The Cot Mer Villa is a beautiful place with a big lovely garden and a stunnig terrace. The view is so beautiful and we enjoyed sitting there for breakfast or dinner, doing yoga there in the morning was so peaceful because you can hear the waves so loud. The house was very clean and is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen, you can tell the house ist very well taken care of. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Would love to visit again and would recommend it to my friends anytime. Thank you for the great time we had!

This place is simply marvellous. The proximity to the sea and the breathtaking view from the terrace made our staying in Praslin truly memorable.You go to sleep with the lullaby of the ocean and you wake up with the first morning sunlight making it way trough the bedroom window. The location is perfect for a secluded relaxation, close to some nice beach and facing one of the best snorkeling points we have seen in whole Seychelles (we were able to spot sea turtles each time we went for a swim).
