“Great value for money stay right next to Cote D'or beach”

Great affordable stay on beautiful Praslin, nice spacious rooms, unbeatable value for money. Definitely recommend

A guesthouse with soul and character We absolutely loved our stay here. This is not a luxury hotel, and it doesn't try to be one. Instead, it offers something much more personal and authentic. The guesthouse has a warm, homely atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and there is a genuine sense of care behind the place. The owner is a wonderfully kind and caring woman who makes the experience feel personal in the best possible way. Our room was comfortable and practical, with a refrigerator, and there was also a shared kitchen where guests could prepare their own meals. Everything felt cozy, relaxed, and well looked after. The location is another big advantage. Beautiful Cote D'or Beach is just nearby and is perfect for swimming. The property is easy to reach by bus, which is especially convenient on Praslin. There are several takeaway restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. One of the things we enjoyed most was the atmosphere of the area in the evenings. Locals and visitors gather around the nearby takeaways, creating a lively and authentic island vibe that you don't often find in larger resorts. If you are looking for five-star luxury, this may not be the right place for you. But if you appreciate charm, authenticity, personal hospitality, and a place with its own character, this guesthouse is absolutely wonderful. We would gladly stay here again.

Nice little self catering hôtel close to the beach, Ritha received us like friends, this always makes the differance!! Its only a short walk from the beach and the little village.

Did not like anything, location is close to ferry terminal that's it.

It's ok for one night.but no more than that. For this price I would expect way more. There was not even wifi in the room. You could use it only outside of the building which in pouring rain was very inconvenient. The owner was pressuring us 3 weeks before our arrival for the exact check in hour, which was very annoying and uncomfortable. It's located 5 mins from the beach amd restaurants however it is extremely dark to walk at night.

Coco Bay Villa is by far the best-value stay in Côte d’Or, and I’m surprised more reviews don’t highlight just how affordable it is compared to everything else in the area, the current review rate doesn’t really reflect how much cheaper this property is. You’re literally two minutes away from beautiful Anse Volbert beach, with a great restaurant across the road and a takeaway and supermarket just a short walk away — it’s perfectly located for convenience and relaxation. But what truly made our stay special was Ritha, the host. She went above and beyond to help us with everything — arranging drivers, sorting laundry, and even assisting with buying a new phone when ours broke. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home and turned a good stay into a memorable one. If you’re looking for a simple, affordable, and well-located place to stay in Praslin, Coco Bay Villa is the hidden gem you’re after.

The only thing I liked is that is close to Anse Volbert beach.

edith & ritha were brilliant, friendly, available and super nice. Edith helped us to get anything we wanted, car, transfert, tips on food places the place is simple but very cosy. we had an apartment with shared kitchen and it was a nice way to meet different people and have some chat with them also very close to the anse volbert (2 min walk)

Edith was a really nice and sweet host, always super helpful and kind. They tidied the room everyday. Anse Volbert, beach that is really close to Coco Bay Villa was huge and only few people there, there were many entries and also smaler beaches completely free. Bus stops for both ways were really close too.

“Very good budget accomodation on Praslin”

You are very fast at the beach and in a street with supermarket and takeaway restaurants. Staff was super friendly. The garden was very beautiful and well-kept. The community kitchen had everything you need. You pay a very fair price for what you get. We would come again.

The room was large and comfortable, lots of storage and large bathroom. Plenty of windows slots of natural lighting. The women that work here are so kind and helpful. Gave me amazing recommendations for activities and food. Close walk to everything. I really enjoyed my stay. The kitchen and room was perfectly clean every day 💕
