This hotel is very old, and terriby depressing. The rooms would need a full refresh. There is no room cleaning service, no elevator, no gym (as opposed to what is said on booking.com), and overall you see that the management has totally given up on trying to do anything nice for customers. Way overpriced for what it is. Rooms are super noisy, and you can hear your neighbors turning the pages of their book....

Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Nice receptionist. Parking is located close to room. Easy to load luggages.

The rooms were large. Staff were friendly and everything was clean. Lots of parking space and easy access to the room.

Great service, very accessible via car - we arrived late and were checked in quickly, service was great throughout St Jean weekend, despite how busy it was.

The interior was nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. We booked there because we were traveling with a dog. The property was large and pleasant to walk with her. The restaurant called 'The Gourmet' truly is. We were very impressed with the food. The best surprise of all was a lovely spa in the hotel, with a very talented professional masseuse. I had a much-needed treatment I wasn't able to fit in at home.

When the matter was raised with staff tbey did not deny the issue. This is clear misrepresentation. Also the room was not serviced - apparently no longer done with "covid" as the excuse. This was not advised either in advance or on arrival. Overall the stay was very disappointing especially when considering the price.
