“A quiet and comfortable place on Mahe”

We (a family with two children) visited this house from February 24th to March 2nd. The location is wonderful, close to Mahé's best beaches (Solei, Takamaka, Petit, and Intendense), all within a 10-20-minute drive. The hosts greeted us, explained everything, and showed us around. The house has air conditioning, a water cooler, everything you need for cooking, and plenty of space. It's quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend this wonderful place!

Agnelle, the owner, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Our kid got hungry in the morning, and she made sure to give us a hearty sumptuous breakfast to start our day. I am very grateful for her warm hospitality ❤️

It was a beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean. It was at walking distance from the beach which had a good atmosphere: people eating and drinking while listening to music. We really enjoyed buying fresh fish which was so delicious! Francis was very welcoming, and is a fantastic host.

The accomodation was lovely with a nice little terrace. It is extremely well equipped. I was warmly welcomed by Agnelle. She is very nice, attentive and helpful. I could only stay one night as my flight was the next day, but I felt like at home and would definitely recommend this place! Thank you again Agnelle it was lovely to meet you

Outdoor area Price

Quite big house (upper level), with fresh renovation, nice place around and close to beach, no hills. Owners were very kind and helped us a lot with transfer, car rental, advices etc. there is bus stop and shop nearby, 10 mins walk. All the famous beaches can be approached by car in 10-25 mins, the same actually for the bus.

“Nice apartment in the south-west of Mahe island.”

The apartment is nice and the garden is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is also nice, everything is nicely decorated. Kitchen is equiped with cooking utensils. There are SPTC-bus stops directly at the main road in both directions. With them you can easily access the beaches in that region. Anse intendance and petite anse are very nice beaches.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment, which is very spacious, clean and nice. It is extremely well equipped with all you can think of. We were warmly welcomed by Agnelle who is very attentive and accessible and helped us with all we needed. We could unfortunately only stay one night as our flight was the next day, but we felt like at home and would definitely recommend this place!

“Excellent self-catering accommodation with all the comforts of home”

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this self-catering accommodation that surpassed our expectations – it’s a lovely self catering villa in a quiet and peaceful location with very reasonable price compared to the hotels on the island. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the surrounding tropical nature, and very positively surprised by the clean and spacious rooms incl 2 bathrooms with all the necessary furniture and amenities incl washing machine. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-size oven and all the essential equipment neatly organized. Additionally, it’s worth to mention that the Wifi was very stable and suitable for remote workng as well. The spaciousness of the accommodation immediately caught our eye, as we were travelling with a group of 5 people. There was enough room to relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere (very nice balcony as well with great mountain view and many cute fruit bats flying over). The property's peaceful setting ensured a restful stay, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life near Victoria and nearer to what we considered the most beautiful beaches of the Mahe island – Baie Lazare, which we visited almoust daily either by walking or by local bus transport. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the warmth and kindness of the hosts! Their genuine hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. Their willingness to go the extra mile and ensure our comfort added a personal touch that made our stay truly exceptional. And whenever we had any questions – they always provided excellent guidance and really couldn’t have asked for more support. In conclusion, if you're seeking self-catering accommodation in the Seychelles that combines spaciousness, a quiet location, and the beauty of nature with all the comforts of home, look no further.

“Lovely, peaceful and friendly atmosphere for a wonderful stay on Mahé.”

Zeph Self-Catering was a very comfortable place to stay in the southwest of Mahé. As with almost any such place in Seychelles you are best off having a car though the "Blue Bus" transport system seems to run frequently and covers all the main roads. Our hosts were wonderful people who really wanted their guests to feel at home and they even prepared a creole dinner for us that was sensational! This meal was in fact a highlight of our Seychelles visit. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had all that anyone could need. The sitting room(living room) was a bit small but still very comfortable. The bedroom was great and the bathroom was fine as well. Wi-fi and the TV worked well. If you have a car you can easily reach any location on the island. Zeph is near to several nice beaches such as Anse Soleil and Baie Lazare but, as said above, any place on Mahé is close to somewhere and not too far from anywhere! Do not hesitate to stay at Zeph. Our 4 year old daughter was also treated as family. I also included a couple of photos from recommended excursions; 1) Morne Blanc hike, 2) Anse Soleil, 3) Semi-Sub from Eden Island. These give you a small example of nice day trips. Stay at Zeph and you will be very pleased!

Excellent location-near the most beautiful beaches. The apartment was super clean, the towels changed every two days. The hosts are very nice, they arranged a taxi transfer for us.

“Marvellous apartment, marvellous people”

Zeph apartments are in a quiet area but near some excellent beaches such as Anse la Mouche or Petit Anse. Close to the cost road, it is easy to go everywhere. Anyway, the best of the apartment are Francis and his wife. They were really helpful and kind, always with a smile in their faces and a nice attitude in their hearts. Thanks for all.
