My stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, very spacious, and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable – I haven’t slept that well in a long time! One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the terrace – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again! Great pool, birds chirping in the morning shop nearby. And Mia ? A wonderful woman who made the stay even more wonderful. Thank you for fantastic time in Mahe. Hope to see you soon. Greetings ☺️ 🙏

“Great place for good price”

Amazing view and location, although you need a car as the climb from the beach in the heat and humidity is a lt harder than it seems. There is a store really close. Host was always friendly and let us stay and use the pool until night when our plane departed.

We traveled as a group of six friends and we had the whole house only for us. House is really spacious, good quality, comfortable and stylish. Location is great, really close to the most beautiful beaches on ireland. We enjoyed the amazing view of the surrounding area from the pool.

Everything! Especially the two neighbors are the best one of it. We enjoyed the time with them so much.

“Overpriced and dirty”

We had a great experience living in this house. The view is amazing, the room is great, and the swimming pool is beautiful. Well, I would like to say that the host put a lot of love in this room, from furniture to the pictures on the wall. It was a great joy to wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise and how the island was starting its day. Furthermore, we saw a lot of nice local creatures. Just some other facts: A small store is very close to the house. Very beautiful beaches are close enough as well. We were driving by car there, keeping in mind that these beaches are easily reachable on foot. The closest are Petite Anse and Anse Soleil. Both are incredibly beautiful and nice. I found that Petite Anse has some kind of Maldives vibes. However, huge rocks will always remind you where you are. Long story short, this house was a great choice. The host and the team are super nice. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again next time. Thanks

“A perfect start to an adventure in The Seychelles”

The apartment complex is small and very private. It has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean giving stunning views. We were fortunate to have this pool in front of our apartment and it felt like private to us. We had a swim there every morning, making it an incredible start to the day. We were received bu Lou Lou , the hostess. She is very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, bright and spacious. It is newly built and very modern. A wonderful, four poster bed gave a special feel and was also very comfortable. The bed had mosquito nets, but it seems when we were there ( Late October) they are unnecessary. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough to cook breakfasts and other meals comfortably. The bathroom was very large and very stylish with a great shower. There are mini markets, fruit stalls, take aways, ( a must in Seychelles) and a Pharmacy nearby but a car is advisable if you are to move around. Anse Soleil beach is only a few minutes drive away and probably the nest beach in Mahé. We spent a very pleasant couple of days here and enjoyed the apartment´s amazing views, tranquility and peace. We also loved the terrace, where we spent the evening watching the stars as we had our meal and drinks.

It was very enjoyable to spend time on the terrace. The view was beautiful, even more so thanks to the infinity pool. The terrace also had loungers, bar stools, and a bar/kitchen windowsill. Some days the room service was perfect - they made the bed, cleaned the room, and did the dishes. But they did the dishes every single day, which we valued greatly! The owner was reliable, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Also, he was so kind to lend us a snorkelling mask! I don't consider the steep parking to be something to complain about. The entire property was clean and aesthetically pleasing, fully complying with European standards.

I liked it all. I would highlight the pool and its views. In addition to the tranquilit. The entire apartment is brand new, very clean, with many details that make the stay very cozy, so much so that you don't want to leave. The infinity pool is fantastic, Roland's attention is very helpful, he has been attentive and responded very quickly, we had to leave earlier to catch the ferry and he came very early to say goodbye, he is a great host. You will love La Perle. It is true that the entrance hill is steep, but ALL of Mahe is like that, and even more so if you want to enjoy beautiful views. I recommend La Perle, I would definitely return here.

“Great location close to Petit Anse”

The location si perfect, 20 min walk from the Famous Petit Anse beach, probably the best on the island. 3 min walk and there is convience store. The host was realy kind and helpfull. The infity pool and the view is also great. The apartament is huge, fully fitted kitched, super clean. Bathroom is similar with wath you get in the 5* chalets at the resorts. The hos was kind enough to leave us some food in fridge. You do get a lot for the money you pay.

The property is even more impressive than on the pictures. The owners are super nice and very helpful. Amazing stay.

We had a great stay at La Perle Apartments. Roland is a great host, made sure we have everything we need. We toot 3 rooms, so had the entire place to ourselves. Great view from the pool. Great location, next to some of the most beautiful beachs in Mahe. He even helped us with laundry and did not ask for payment. Would definitely recomand this place !!
