“Marvellous”

I visited Conacul Olarilor for a short city break at the beginning of November. It exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and you have places to visit in/around Baia de Fier. The interior design is fabulous! The temperature in the room was fine by me and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely return to the location and to the area!

The host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The building is stunning. The room and communal areas were above our expectations. The room was very spacious and had great attention to detail. The communal area, both indoors and outdoors, has a great vibe to it, helping you relax fully on your stay. The place is set in a quiet area, which we enjoyed when sitting outside to watch the stars and hear crickets at night. There was a great choice of local food produce at breakfast, which we enjoyed trying. The place was very clean and had all the stated facilities. There is a pharmacy right across the road as well, which was handy for us.

Full 10/10. The highest standard and a wonderful design and a great interpretation of Romanian tradition in a modern style. Apart from visual effect, it's super comfortable and super clean, from the beds to the bathrooms, rooms and the space outside the rooms. Great breakfast. I hope for the full success of this place and possible development of a restaurant part. Great job so far.

It is a very nice location, stylish and elegant, combining beautifully the modern with traditions. A magnificent job done by architects and owners. Location is quiet, staff is friendly and helpfully. Thank you, Mrs Cristina for taking care of us!

We really appreciated that the owners are promoting local goods. We received a tour of the mansion and you could see that all details were carefully and thoughtfully handled. If you want to relax in a traditional environment then this is the perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Conacul Olarilor. The place is very well decorated and very clean. The stuff is really nice. We had breakfast there and it was a good choice as it was mostly made from local produce. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The house has been renovated with good taste and quality materials. It has a nice vibe to it. The host is pationate about Romania traditions and can tell you a lot about the area and its crafts and traditions.
