“SCAMMER ALERT !!”
I don't get to stay at Hotel Sri Bahau due to the property just inform me about the relocation of their hotel once I arrived at the location as stated in Booking.Com. I was so dissapointed, there is so much thing I want to mentioned but I only have to point out that the property should inform us earlier by email or contact their customer instead of giving us the poor hygiene homestay without our consent.

I reach the hotel gate, press the bell many times, no attendee torn up, then make call to hotel no. which display at gate for few times, phone nobody pick up. Call 2nd no. Pick up and request me to wait for return call, received a call 10 mins later, but line cut off! I was waiting form 1600 till 1750! No nobody turn up or return call, during this time, I also make few times call to both no. , but no pick up. At 1750, they call me, and ask why I hang up his call, I deny, and ask him is this your manner of customer service !? Then he put off the phone. I felt tired and disapointted, then decided to leave the hotel at 1800. I felt been cheated, becaused room been paid when make booking and non refundable! Did booking.com done survey to this hotel before? It seems like not hotel, but like home stay. They not call me anymore for the past 24hr! I will advice all, not to do any non refundable booking! I can not rate the room condition, because no chance the see the room at all!
