“Despite some minor concerns, still 10/10! Loved the stay, definitely will come back and will recommend too!”
Overall, every basic stuffs are available and accessible, from towels, toiletries, kitchen wares, everything. If you need something, the staff will accommodate all requests as promptly as possible, and if they cant manage them, the owners will intervene.

“Comfy house in Baguio for a big group”
The house is big. It can accommodate more than 16 pax comfortably. The karaoke room is a bonus for those who love to sing. The kitchen is equipped with necessary items you need if you choose to cook. Location is within walking distance to Lourdes Grotto, Mirador Heritage and Eco Park. Public transportation is a short, uphill walk. Jeric and his staff were attentive, informative, and very helpful with whatever we needed (van, places to visit, other suggestions). Super easy to deal with. We loved our stay here.

“Excellent and superb!”
It is clean and very homey! It offers everything we need that saved us bringing cooking utensils. Wi-Fi is excellent. We spent the whole day and night there due to the typhoon and it was worth it. The staff team and management are courteous and helpful. The cost is reasonable for the high quality facilities or offers. There is nothing we did not like. Garage is huge and our vehicles are safe. The house smells fantastic!

Best choice to give this newly registered house at booking.com! I was worried at first, but then we found out Mirador Transient Homes was catering guests thru FB for almost a year now. It was the best experience for us, and as compared to other rates, this is the best one as well. We're an avid Baguio Tourists but this one gets the crown, with all its amenities, exclusiveness, the best services as well. It doesn't seem like a transient to me, more like a blend of hotel hehe. Kudos to the team, hoping to go back soon!
