Old kitchen wares (silverware, cups & drinking glasses) Kitchen towels or hand towels are needed. Cleaning pads should be changed (filthy) Bed mattress should be changed or replaced.

The host was able to accommodate an early check-in. They were on top of it once I had indicated an early check-in, and that effort is highly appreciated. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we were able to get into the room easily. The place has all the necessities, and you can tell the host did a great job anticipating visitors' needs. The amenities are not Four Seasons level, but it is an excellent value. The location is a few steps from the Cathedral, so in case you get disoriented in Baguio, just look up and use the Cathedral as your beacon. It is also close to the bus terminals and near Session Road with all of its dining options.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to SM City, Session Road, and Burnham Park where the night market is located. Host was very responsive and accommodating and friendly and led us to our unit when we checked in.

The unit is clean and spacious. The owner is also accommodating and very responsive. For the building itself, its location is very strategic.

Worst accommodation ever!!! I would suggest booking.com will review and hopefully take down the add for this property. The property is poorly maintained. Bad smell, moldy and damp smell, and host is a rip off. I won't recommend this place.
