Very clean and host attentive to detail. Furnishings above average. Although the apartment is located in a quieter area, we still found shops and good restaurants nearby.

The cool breeze at the balcony at night is what I like. However, during daytime the place is warm. The facility is clean and wifi connection is good. My kids enjoyed the changing lights.

The apartment is located close to the center of town with SM shopping mall less than 10 minutes drive away. The taxi cab stand is only a few minutes away from the building. My wife, 2 teenage daughters and I arrived 2 hour ahead of schedule but the host was onsite with the keys within 20 minutes after I called him. The 2 rooms were clean and towels, cups, glasses, plates plus a microwave were available for use. There is free wi-fi which was good enough for Netflix and zoom calls. Overall this booking was a great value and I'd book it again.
