I like the ambiance of the place.

-The door from the toilet is kind of broken. We can't easily close it. -Not a fan of last minute changes to our room. The advertised room is with 3 beds but we only got 2 beds.

Although it's clean, alot of small cock roaches at night.

Flat's spacious, good location. Towels and blankets smelled fresh and clean. Water heater in shower and kitchen. Fridge and microwave are working. Hand soap available.

Very homey and comfortable place, complete with the listed amenities and not so far from the city central :) This is a good place to pick if you’re planning to bring a car since included na ang parking since its hard to find one sa city. Easy to process lang yung check-in once you’re paid and clear naman instructions ni Ms. Leila 🧡

( affordable and delicious variety of cuisines) 5. The parking lot is secured and big. 6. We can feel the passion of the owner to make their every visitor feel comfortable during the stay. *We are group of 4.

This is the best condotel type of accommodation that is good value fr money at the same time, since quite cheaper thn other with similar provisions, w/ complete kitchen facilities plus fridge & microwave we really love for our cooking activities, w/very good quiet location near to the city proper, with in-house cafe & resto, love also the heater provisions in the shower, with complete toiletries (from shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, moisturizer & the like). We are also happy w/secured free parking area. Our host, Ms. Leila is very kind & responsive to provide fr our special request. Even the guards at the lobby & the other one in the parking entrance, we are well-served too. This place is very much suited for a couple, a family or group of friends who loves the things I mentioned. All-in, we had an enjoyable stay in this property. Thank you!

“Perfect location if you want to somehow get far from the populous area of Baguio!”

Early check-in was an ease! We arrived in Baguio around 7AM but we get to go to Summer Pines around 12NN. Instructions to get the keys were precise. Property was clean and self supplied. Host was very generous and easy to communicate with. Property felt homey and that the place was used personally noticing from all the decors. Mana Café was also located on the 3F of the building which is a good touch, food there were great with also great affordable prices.

The space is clean, and has all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Communicating with the host was easy as well.

The place was cozy and clean..one of the best accommodations we've stayed in in Baguio..water pressure was strong..the kitchen was well-equipped..the host gave us clear instructions, was very prompt in responding to our concerns,and checking in/checking out was a breeze.. no hassle at all..we certainly enjoyed our stay at the unit😊

The place is near tourist spots. Parking is readily available. Restaurants can also be found in the same building, including a 24h cafe that has a scenic view. Most of all, the owner has been very accommodating as we had to reschedule our trip a day before, because my son got sick.
