We loved our stay, very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Baguio mountains and sunset. Free shuttle service. Convenient. Comfortable bed, well maintained property. Thank you to Sir Kim and his wife for inviting us for coffee and breakfast. We will come back!

“Room was great for it's price, but location can be challenging both for transportation and internet.”
The room was wide, and the staff is very accommodating! They have WiFi and is accessible for free. They have a kitchen that can be used a swell, and they do offer free drinking water.

“Best value in Baguio”
Very quiet, but make sure you bring your own food because it’s not close to any stores. Try to get the ensuite rooms with full or half board

It is a very quiet place away from the road. The room is nice and spacious. The staff and the owners are very nice.

The owner and staff are very nice. they even provided free food for our dinner when we just arrived. Breakfast is free and delicious. Very happy to talk with them and will come back next time.

“5 Stars for a 5 Star Stay and Service”
I love the view in front of my room. The owners and the caretakers are very accommodating. Then the room is very spacious. They even provide free service from the location to SM Baguio.
