The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is in small village in countryside 10 minutes by car from Dol de Bretagne.

The house is recently decorated and facilities are new. Clean, quiet, large space, very comfortable for stay.

“A nightmare experience as owner double booked his property!”

Not able to stay at property. Owner gave us a key to a hostel 7 km from this property. We have to wait for him to arrive as he lives far from property only to find out that someone else is already staying. There is no advance warning! We booked this property more than a month in advance and owner accepted our booking and late arrival time.

It looks newly renovated so the furnitures were fairly new hence very clean. We had 3 rooms and 4 beds in total providing options for where to sleep. It had lights coming through from the skylight upstairs with blinds which provided an option for a cosy room at night. My 2 kids were not fazed by sleeping alone in one of the rooms upstairs while we stayed downstairs due to how cosy it felt. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. My husband really liked him. We all enjoyed staying there.

The bathroom was amazing, with a really excellent shower. The only problem for me was that there wasn't much air flow through the property, and we choose a really hot weekend to be there. Lovely little apartment though.

Everything was perfect, the location of the house is super nice, close to all the main visiting places. Everything was verry clean, we had everything we need for our stay there. The owner is also verry helpfull in recomanding restaurants and atractions.

The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. It was delightfully located in a small hamlet with easy access to the nearby town (Dol de Bretagne) offering an excellent choice of eating facilities.

The appartment was really cool and spacious. Very nice modern furniture, very clean, the kitchen well equipped. The landlord was nice and friendly. We do not speak French but he could handle the communication in English.
