Everything was perfect! I stayed for two nights and i can sleep so good in there. Such a serene environment. Hospitality is top notched. Dante, Giovanni, Maria are very nice and friendly. We stop in Orvieto and got picked up by them.

Nestled at the foot of Bagnoregio on the grounds of a former monastery founded by followers of St. Francis of Assisi, this property offers a truly unique retreat with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. What makes this place extraordinary is the dedication and passion of its sole owner and host, Mr. Dante. Transforming this consecrated monastery and chapel into guest accommodations was a true labor of love, it took an incredible 15 years to obtain all the necessary permits, including special authorization from the Vatican. Mr. Dante’s perseverance and vision are evident in every corner of the property, and he takes genuine pleasure when guests appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of his lifelong project. The gardens are a highlight, especially in early June when arches of flowering jasmine and a variety of vibrant blooms fill the air with their fragrance. A beautiful, quiet place with magical views of nature! Very friendly and hospitable hosts! Nearby is the wonderful, colorful town of Bagnoregio with a walk to Civita di Bagnoregio! Cleanliness, comfort and fresh air, excellent landscaping and interior!

The stay is amazing. It seems like a cottage in a fairytale, very quiet and tranquil. The lodging is just 25mins away by walk from the town and it’s also worth the walk. Moira was very helpful and welcoming. She also got us fresh croissants from the bakery right at the doorstep for breakfast apart from the selections of teas and coffees at hand at the room. I cannot recommend this place enough!

If you're in the area, stay here! Peace and quiet, pool, breakfast, all excellent.

“Heaven in the olive groves”

Such a stunning location below Civita di bagnoreggio in the olive groves. So peaceful and quiet, we wished we could stay there forever! They were so lovely to us and really helpful with restaurant reccomendations too! The room was lovely and cozy, we couldnt ask for more. Dante has done an incredible job making a little slice of heaven there.

It was amaging experience. Dante is great host and have excellent communication skills and make me feel comfortable. Historical accommodation make us feel like staying 16th century. Anyway somedoby who looking for a accommodation in this area, I will strongly recommend it.

This Apartment is special place, you shouldn't miss traveling Toscana. Owner Dante is really nice person. The apartment/house is from 15th century and it's renovated old church. There is beautiful garden with olive trees, citruses and you can relax in many garden lounges or use the pool. Breakfast is in the city in one Caffé, you get croissant, cappuccino and water. Beautiful serene place to relax and unwind. We loved the pool and the garden areas. A short 5minute drive from the town. Dante was really helpful and friendly.

Great location, extremely nice accommodation between olive trees. Refreshing yet simple swimming pool with a lot of privacy. The house was nice with all comfort needed. Only the beds were not top. Ideal spot to explore Lazio and South Umbria.

Absolutely amazing property. Steeped in history ans beautifully renovated. The pool and garden was amazing and it felt like a slice of paradise.
