The breakfast was nice, local bread, cakes, jams, honey etc. Parking was easy, we got a spot on the road infront, although there is parking behind.

Very quiet with good parking and a nice conservatory overlooking a garden at the rear. The Maitre d’hotel was very attentive and informative. Decent French breakfasts…coffee, croissants, cereals boiled eggs….buffet type. Bagnoles is a pleasant town.

No one on reception when we arrived and no one on at the time they said they would be there. In the end the live in cleaner did her best to sort it out so we could get to our rooms. She was brilliant, the proprietor not so much. We only saw him in the morning to pay the bill.

Nice big room with clean facilities and a decent lounge area downstairs. Staff were lovely and very helpful when we turned up a little early. Recommended. No restaurant for evening meal but there is one at their sister hotel, a short walk away.

The room was spacious, however, all amenities are a bit dated. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Surroundings of the hotel were quiet and I managed to get a good night sleep.

Hotel was nice and clean, host's were very helpful, bedroom was a good size and clean. Town centre was a 15min walk from hotel which was not a problem, and the centre is full of bars and restaraunts and shops, stunning lake and scenery.

Good sized room and really comfortable bed. Plenty of parking at the hotel, at no extra cost and also parking on the street outside. The wifi worked well and the shower was good. The breakfast was fine and the hotel is good value for money.
